(which sure is funny) BUT its her concealer thats too light in colour and is reflecting off light...its very common..ive seen alot of celebrities with white...under-eyes...they look perfectly normal on TV but in pictures(when the flash is on) their under eyes look WHITE !! ummm i dont think thats her loose powder that she forgot to wipe off!!
