Does BB cream only come in light shades, or do they have a variety of different shades available?

Thanks Aveena, so far I haven't seen anyone I really have my eye on, and I'm not sure if there are some available in my country! (So far I've only heard of one place that sells it.) I'm looking though :D

And thanks for the eBay suggestion, unfortunately I have been banned for life from eBay a few years ago, LOL!

hi, Japanese and Korean makeup has me on a hook. All I do is research for products and read reviews and then select what I think will be good for my skin. Anyways, the best place so far for me with great prices is on ebay...there are tons of people selling bb creams and other products from japan and korea. I love it...I've found bb creams for half the prices that the original bb cream brand websites sell. so I would say go through ebay and save a lot of the bb cream brands you like and compare the prices. Also you should try one bb cream you've been dying to try instead of buying a lot and then not liking them at all.

Hey Kaye!

Long time no see! Glad to have you back. :) Thanks for your comment and your tip on shade matching - this tells me I should try it out in person (so far I've been thinking of just ordering some online). It is really popular here, I keep hearing about it!

Ah I'm a bb cream fanatic. I just bought Missha from Incheon Airport last Sunday. Anyway, it was frustrating way back when people would give me weird looks whenever I mentioned bb creams. It was already raging across most of Asia, but the people here didn't even know what it was. Glad to know you've caught wind of this trend :D Personally I find it a good alternative to foundation. Shade matching is a common problem, though.

Hey, thanks Jesse. I too would not wear it everyday so hopefully breakouts will stay at bay (hehe I can rhyme). I am in the process of trying to get a sample over as I have to try it out before I buy the real thing :-P I think I may look at Dr. Jart, whenever I read 'BB cream' that names seems to pop up the most!

Hi Renee,

BB creams feel like liquid foundation I guess. Some are thicker providing more coverage, (e.g BRTC) while some are lighter. I think the 2 most popular brands in Korea is Dr Jart & Hanskin? Some far, I had not experienced any bad reactions or breakouts to the bb creams even though I do have pretty sensitive skin. But then again, I do not use it everyday.

Can't be worse than Best Buddies cream can it? :-P

Thanks for the recommendation, Jesse. I'll be researching on what's the best ones and hopefully try it out and review it. I'm a little weary though if they clog pores? Since it does so much BB creams must be heavier? (I don't have oily skin but very sensitive and prone to reactions and breakouts.)

I am currently a user of bb cream. At first, i thought bb cream stands for baby cream. How dumb, right?

I would recommend Dr Jart's Silver Label BB cream. It provides great coverage, even out my skin tone and managed to cover my dark eye circles as well. Fo a night out, I'll dust on a light layer of loose powder.

I would like to say that BB creams work better on normal, combination or dry skin, rather than oily skin as they are not that oil controling.
