I am obsessed with groomed brows, it really frames the face like you said. Mine have to be perfect at all times! I get a tweezing every month, then clean up the mess at home. The I apply powder, (lighter than me as I'm very dark haired, so I don't want to look too stern, so I keep a light brown powder) I use a pencil at the ends of the eyebrow since I am bald there LOL. Too much tweezing. Pencil gives a harder look so it's good for bald areas. Then I will groom it with a clear gel I bought from Maybelline. Phew! Three steps to perfect brows :) Hey.
