Michael Kors has released Very Hollywood, a new sophisticated floral for women. Look at that ad campaign, how glamourous-looking! (Although I should probably say that Hollywood isn’t always that grand!)

Kors says it’s “the most glamourous, indulgent scent we’ve ever done. It’s like a great little black dress. It’s simple, but it’s also obvious that there’s a lot of work went into it.’”

Notes include mandarin, iced bergamot, wet jasmine, ylang ylang and creamy amber and gardenia. I tried this out as a teaser at the department store, and I’m happy to say that Very Hollywood is very nice! It’s a very light, floral scent that isn’t overpowering at all. It smells very feminine, and when I first smelt it, I really thought of the color of the bottle – light, soft pink.

I’m not sure if I can see this at a glamourous Hollywood red carpet, but I can see this on as a light, everyday feminine scent. What’s also cool is that Very Hollywood will also be made into a solid perfume in a cocktail ring, and scented ballpoint pen – you know, so when you sign your autograph for your adoring fans, they can smell you too.
