Hey Sian! They don’t make your eyelashes fall out, but I believe they ‘stick’ to your lashes so much that when you remove the mascara it’s quite hard, and therefore you tend to lose eyelashes in the process. It’s like that for me so I avoid waterproof mascaras. But no, I don’t think the actual mascara makes your eyelashes fall out. Maybe just try to remove it really carefully? I guess it also depends on your eyelashes. If they’re thick and strong I’m sure they would be fine! Hope I helped! :)

heey , uhm I heard that waterproof mascara maked youre eyelashes fall out!!!

A handy (but perhaps not completely safe for everyone, though it has never harmed me) trick that was shown to me by my sister-in-law is to spray hairspray onto a q-tip then run the q-tip over your eyelashes as you would a mascara wand. This makes the lashes look glossy and more thick. It’s a subtle difference, but it definitely helps. And if you happen to take a dip in the pool? Hairspray is clear and will not be seen on your face.

Yeah, I don’t like the humidity and makeup at the beach either (sunglasses cover everything, anyway!) but by the pool I do wear a little bit of eyeliner and tinted lip balm! :D

I don’t really like wearing makeup when I go to the beach so I usually apply only sunscreen and lip balm with SPF. Sometimes, I might wear waterproof mascara and dab some concealer where needed but that’s it.

I just use lots of sunblock all over – no makeup :) Haven’t been to the beach in ages though. Maybe its time to go again!
