I crave picking something up, putting it in my mouth, stomping it out. I need to have something to do with my hands and I find myself using cigarettes as “thinking” aids. I am hoping that the newest product out will help me with this. They are called vaporizers, have you heard of them? I am going to try them and even wrote a post about them. if you are as addicted to the act of smoking as I am they my help. I have also started a simple program to help save other lives by helping buy and distribute vaporizers to other smokers that need or want to quit. We can control how we smell 98% of the time and it`s disrespectful to others not to take care of our personal aroma. Like you, I don`t want to be judgemental, especially since I don`t know how the anxiety of the vice feels but everything you said should scare people enough to at least try and quit so I`ll definitely be sharing this :) Thanks a lot! There really aren't any reason to smoke and binge drink, it is doing your body more harm than good! Some women I know who smoke and drink a lot look so much older than they really are, even though we are the same age! Thanks for sharing your story ... I think I saw myself as a rebel back then (high school years :$). Seriously, smoking is useless : it costs a lot of money, it smells really bad, it brings you horrible diseases and makes you look bad. For alcohol, it damages the skin too : veins are more visible, redness increases..So, drink water :D I smoked for 3 years and it was just plain stupid !
