It's in a tube, matte finish, very, very, very light and I found the one that matches my skin greatly.. I love it. Bought at Guardian here is Malaysia. It feels more like a tinted moisturizer. Totally satisfied and easy to get. Since Max Factor gets very hard to get now, I've decided to use only what I can get locally. Hey you.. Oh, never mind for the late reply..
