Even when I'm in a hurry, eyeliners and mascara is a MUST. =P You should so try Urban Decay's 24/7 eyeliners. I asked someone to bring it back for me from the US, and let me tell you, it's the best liners I've tried so far. It's creamy (thus easier to apply), smudgable, and most importantly, once it sets, it's water and smudge proof. That's like that ultimate combination for eyeliners. =) I know a lot of people rave a MAC's fluideline, but I'm a klutz when it comes to applying non-pencil liners. =D Eyeliners definitely helped make my small little eyes looked more defined. Although I also think that the application of eyeliner can be varied... One way I like to do it, is very thick line on the top, and putting a line on the inner bottom lid too.... so the bottom line opens the eye, whilst the top lid line will close it...
