I’m glad you found this post useful. If you’re too scared to use black for everyday wear you can use a lighter eyeliner color like gray and brown – they’re much softer and still look great “smokey”! :D

great tutorial! I’m personally always a bit scared to do smokey eyes for everyday wear, because I feel like I’m heaping on too much black. I think I will try it with a neutral shadow like you did here, thanks for the tip!
