Do you have a beauty trademark?

beauty-trademarks

Gwen Stefani has her sexy red lips. Avril Lavigne has smokey eyes and stick straight hair. Angelina Jolie loves her cat eyes, and – of course – her full, plump pout. In other words, these ladies all have some ‘beauty’ trademark that not only works for them and their ‘image’ but suits them perfectly – I think these beauty trademarks all make them!

reneehairupI can say I have some beauty trademarks. Since I was young I’ve always worn my hair up – I think that’s the only hairstyle that will suit my large head! Since then I’ve tried all kind of styles, but I found my true love a few years ago: the messy bun.

Also: smudgy black eyeliner … Always! I love dark eyes, it would defintely be my beauty trademark too. I’ve started to experiment with really bright lip colors too, so bright lips are also fast becoming my beauty trademarks.

So I guess my beauty trademark would be messy tied-up hair and eyeliner! What are your beauty trademark? Or if you don’t have one, do you have a favorite makeup or hairstyle that you wear often? Do share! :D

Amber I love beauty marks, they are so sexy :) I have one on my chin too but it’s so faint, so not sexy haha! I love red lipstick too, your beauty trademarks sound really HOT! :)

I love the messy bun on you =) I’ve tried it numerous times, and it always come off. Haha. That’s cause my hair was stick straight and very “slippery”.

Aw thanks Sze Ling! Yeah it works for dirty hair the best, haha! Or load it with hairspray so it becomes ‘sticky’ and grips better.

The messy bun looks good one you! I can never get it right, and I think it makes my face look even rounder. My beauty trademark would probably be my long, straight-ish hair that’s always down and parted to the side. I’m in definite need of a haircut, but I have no idea how I want it cut. I just might have the cojones to tell the stylist to do whatever he/she wants, but that scares me at the same time. Oh, and I don’t think you have a large head at all. :)

Hey Tammy, thanks so much. Maybe I mean ‘long face’ haha. Cause certain hairstyles just look WRONG and my face looks even longer. My hair tied up seems to suit me the best :-P

If you have a round face and straight hair maybe you can get an asymmetrical cut? Like Rhianna used to have? That hairstyle was sooo hot! But your hairstyle sounds really simple and classy, you know!

Hey Renee! I was thinking about getting an asymmetrical cut, but it’s so done, you know? It would be a new look for me, but I think I need something easier to maintain. I’m quite hair-challenged when it comes to styling it, haha!

It’s so done but if it looks hot on you, why not? Forget the trends! :-P

haha, don’t worry, I am hair challenged too. I’ve never used a blow dryer in my life, so I understand – you need a hairstyle that is wash and go! An easier to maintain hairstyle might be nice layers and bangs? I’ve had layers pretty much all my life and they’re really easy!

Large head?! You’re crazy! The bun looks great on you though.
My beauty trademark would be my fringe. I’ve had it for over a year now and still love it! Also: mascara.

Haha thanks Roxanne. I explained what I meant to Tammy above :-P And thanks so much! I think it suits me the best.

What kind of fringe do you have? Fringes are def beauty trademarks, they make a very strong statement! (Esp if they’re blunt cuts).

Oh I love mascara too. Ah I love it all :-P

Aw, thanks so much, Lois! :)

I would love to see your cat eyes someday. :) I LOVE cat eyes and have been experimenting recently but they are kinda hard to do, you must be an expert by now! I’ll keep trying ’til I get it perfect, though, ‘cos I love the look so much :D
