This week’s beauty tip comes from my mom (her last one was about making your own nose strip, which I hope you found useful!) and said she read this in a magazine a few years ago and it worked for her “quite well.”
If you’re running about your day and noticing your hair is getting a little but frizzy, don’t fret. Take some of your hand cream that you carry around in your bag, rub it throughly through your palms, and finger comb it through your hair. This helps to “settle” the frizz until you get home and takes exactly 2 seconds to do.
So simple! Thanks, Mama. Has anyone tried this tip? :)

I do this to tame fly-aways all the time, works like a charm. Just be sure to use a very small amount to avoid greasiness.
will totally try this!! my hair has been rather frizzy after working in office where its aircon is on full blast!
As a short term solution (such as when in the office) this is a great little trick though too much will not only make your hair look greasy it will make it obvious to others that your hair looks different than normal.
i mean, i have done this in an emergency situation but honestly i think it makes my hair look slimy and weighed down

I’ve never thought of that! I’ll definitely try now, I’m curious to see how well it works. Thanks for the tip!

Love this too, great tip like you said for those emergency times, like running around the office! :)
Love all your comments, girls! Yep, I meant it as a short term fix for, like I said – if you’re running around the whole day working/schooling, etc, and need a fix, pronto! And yes, with every hair product (except conditioner!) a little goes a long way. Too much hair product – of any kind – will weight hair down.
Hi
Thanks for that tip, will try it, I’m also big fan of Frizz Ease by John Freda, a whole product range dedicated to taming the frizz. Thanks xxx
